Reed Leistad, MW Components / Maudlin ProductsI worked with Paul Noble on various projects during his 7 years at Maudlin Products. He has a wide range of skills that were used on a weekly basis. Paul helped create several marketing pieces for Grainger, Fastenal, MSC Industrial and Motion Industries, some of the largest industrial distributors in the US. Several of these pieces were co branded with specific requirements that were met every time.
In addition to the marketing pieces he created, Paul also helped photograph, design and produce 5 Private Branded product lines for our distribution network. These projects included creating art for the finished goods, photographing those parts for display on our customers websites, and designing the packaging from scratch these products would be shipped in. These projects helped us win a tremendous amount of business with these customers and really changed the way they went to market with this particular product line. Along with the product line, he helped photograph and design the marketing pieces for our custom made parts which are ever changing and require constant updates.
He also maintained our website and managed the online shopping experience which resulted in $50,000-$75,000 per year in additional revenue not captured before it’s creation. He took the photographs and entered the product data as well. Finally, he was tasked with the redesign of our tradeshow booths, we had 3 different types of shows and each needed it’s own displays. He did the photographs and artwork for those displays. When asked, he would help me prepare for those shows, get the crates shipped out and made sure I had all of the samples and literature I needed to have a successful show. I would recommend Paul for employment, he was very loyal and rarely missed work, he did everything that was asked of him and got things done in a timely manner, sometimes with very tight windows.
